Absolutely.
Files (such as PDFs, Word Processing documents, spreadsheets etc) as well as Media files (Images, Videos and Audio Files) can be attached to Scripts in the same way that they are attached to Folders.
When viewing any of your scripts' main information page, you will see widgets on the page for Attachments and Media. Note the Attach and Upload buttons connected to each of the lists, allowing you to simply select a file and attach it to your script:
