Checking Invitation Status

You can see at a glance who the status of all of your Invitations

The Script's Summary page makes it easy to view all your invites

When you invite someone to read/comment on/edit/co-author your screenplay, you will see a new widget show up at the bottom of the script's summary page:

In this one widget, you will see at a glance all invitations you have sent out for that script, whether it was accepted, declined, or has expired. Green entries are active, aceepted invitations, red entries are either declined or expired, and orange entries represent invitations sent but not yet accepted or declined.

Deleting an invitation

The thing to keep in mind when deleting an invitation is that the access provided is removed immediately, so if they had accepted your invitation, or if they have not but try to after the deletion, they will get an appropriate error indicator. Click the red trash can icon to remove any invitation, whether acccepted, decline or even expired.

Resending invite emails

When you invite someone to have access to your script, we send them an email immediately with a button to accept or decline your invitation. If some time has passed and they have not responded either way, you can click on the small envelope icon to resend the invite to them. Please five folks time, or just email them directly to let them know to look for the initial invitation prior to sending them another email.

Changing invitation specifics

In most cases, once you have given a specific access in an invitation, you will probably want to keep it as is. But, if you want to change the expiration date, or if you perhaps want to upgrade an invitation from Read to Edit (or the other way perhaps), click on the small pencil icon and make any changes you want.

In the case of changed invitations we do not send an addition email to them, but when they go to access your script the next time, their privilages (or even access) will take effect immediately.

Active edit collaborators also show up in the drafts widget

In addition to the Invitations widget, all accepted edit invitations will show an icon for the invitee in the Drafts widget in the Collaborators column:

The reason we do this is because Editors are by necessity tied to a specific draft of your script, so we added the round avatars to make it easy to see who has current and active edit privileges for that specific draft.
